About the Role
The role involves supporting the end-points of our marquee customers, either onsite or remotely. Our AMC services are being used by customers of all sizes and hence multi-tasking experience is must.
Should have handled customers from 500 - 2000+ employee strength
Should be well versed with Windows, Mac & Linux OS
Should be hands-on to troubleshoot any issues with Desktops and Laptops of customers
Should have experience of using ticketing tools
